A fitted Kitchen / Dining Room also has a view of the large garden, plus a 2 oven oil Aga. There is a downstairs Bedroom, Cloakroom and Shower. The Utility Room has a Washing Machine and Drier and is the ideal place for your sandy shoes or muddy wellies after a stroll to the local beach at the bottom of the garden!
