DescriptionSummerhouse Point Beach is a beach that you have to walk to. To get there you can drive through the village of Boverton. Then turn down the lane by the post office, at the end of the lane is parking and toilets at certain times of the year.
To then get to the beach you need to walk, the path is uneven and can be quite slippery,
on the way you will pass some ancient ruins and a look out station that is open from time to time.
The beach is mainly flat rock. This is a quiet part of the coast and is a favourite for fishermen and walkers.
FeaturesIt is a good point to start a walk from, join The Wales Coast Path you will get some amazing views along the cliff edge,
A nice walk from here is to walk to Llantwit Major Beach have a coffee in the cafe and walk back.
Dogs welcome all year round.
